Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation is a 50:50 joint venture of The Government
of India and The Government of Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow needed this push in the
transportation system to cope up with a burgeoning population in the city. This
will increase the connectivity within the city, and also will act as one of the
major components for the growth
